Haere mai and welcome!

We are a warm, welcoming, inclusive Anglican parish with a desire to foster community among people from all walks of life; we enjoy a strong liturgical tradition; and we hold an intellectually curious, open-minded, incarnational theology. We are passionate about the Good News of God who created this beautiful universe and who came to be one of us in Jesus Christ. We are also passionate about the resurrection and the Holy Spirit who is working in our church and in every part of the world today. Jesus’ message of love, social justice, reconciliation, and good news for the poor is our motivation for all we do. We would love you to come along and join us for any of our activities and services.
We are a parish firmly rooted in serving the people of the Otago Peninsula. The story of
the parish since its conception has been one of creative and adventurous approaches to ministry and mission across a diverse group of suburban and rural communities in our area. The parish has a strong record of exploring creative and inclusive models of ministry, empowering lay-leadership and engaging actively in social justice issues, all underpinned by often innovative yet always faithful sacramental and liturgical worship. Our next service is on Sunday 11th June. Rev'd Michael Holdaway, will be preaching. Our worship on Sundays is at St Michael and All Angels’ Church in Andersons Bay.
